THE AIMS OF THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES
The aims of the programmes are as follows:
- To raise awareness of the personal qualities required to lead others within the organisation.
- To create ownership and personal responsibility for performance as a leader within the organisation.
- To facilitate the personal development of leaders within the organisation using a variety of bespoke programmes.
- To introduce a process for internally and externally validating the programme for efficacy and relevance to the role.
The Performance Programme
This is a one week programme for all personnel who wish to improve their personal performance utilising NLP skills.
The Management Introduction Programme
This is a three day programme that is designed to give all managers an insight into what will be delivered as part of the leadership programme to other members of the organisation as part of their personal development and leadership training.
The Coaching Programme
This is a one week programme and is a development of the performance programme and prepares potential coaches in the use of NLP and Coaching techniques.
LEARNING STYLES
The programmes are designed to accommodate all learning styles and will contain theory and practice in varying environments including classroom and outdoor work. All programmes are transformational adopting the recognised principles of accelerated learning.

THE COST OF PROGRAMMES
The cost of the programmes will be determined by the number of programmes required and the duration of the training period, which will be negotiated separately in consultation with the organisation.
